The monograph contains materials that give an idea of ​ ​ one of the main activities of the period of the fight against autocracy - the illegal press. The monograph includes the most complete and detailed to date "Chronicle of illegal publications of Socialist Revolutionary committees and groups in Siberia (1901-1916)," compiled on its basis analytical and statistical reviews. The most significant aspects of illegal publishing are considered, including the degree of participation in the publishing work of the Socialist Revolutionary organizations that functioned in the territory of the region during 1901 - February 1917, the dynamics of the release of illegal publications by year, their social orientation, methods of printing illegal literature, distribution areas, authorship, circulation, the state of the printing base of the Socialist Revolutionaries in different historical periods, etc. For the first time, the Chronicle systematized factual data on all known types of illegal printing of local socialist revolutionaries. For the first time, an array of new historical sources was introduced into scientific circulation, which makes it possible to have a holistic picture of the development of underground publishing of AKP supporters in the Siberian region.
