For the first time, a set of documents is presented to the reader to clarify the ideology and specific plans of the Front of Lithuanian activists, as well as the scale and dynamics of the repressive activities of the Soviet authorities in Lithuania in 1940-1941, the motives, process of preparing and conducting specific repressive actions (including deportations of June 1941). The collection includes documents stored in the archives of four countries: Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine and the USA. Most of the documents presented in the collection are published for the first time.
