The textbook contains general ideas about the subject of nanotechnology, the concepts of nanoscience and nanomere and their difference from the ideas of classical and quantum physics. Problems of transition from microtechnology to nanotechnology and peculiarities of nanoscale state of substance, main traditional and specific problems of nanochemistry and nanophysics, problems of surface cleanliness of material and substance are described.
