Asymptotic methods in solid state dynamics problems and related applications are considered. The averaging method and the method of integral manifolds are used. The main attention is paid to the study of resonance effects during the movement of a solid body relative to a fixed point and around the center of mass. Theoretical material is accompanied by examples of the application of asymptotic methods in the problems of modern astronautics.
