Series of Classics of Russian Science Fiction was founded in 2001. The first book was Snegov's novel "People Like Gods." Here the works of the best domestic authors were reprinted - I. Efremov, S. Gansovsky, I. Varshavsky, V. Kolupaev, E. Voiskunsky and I. Lukodyanov, K. Bulychev and others. From one to four volumes of the series were devoted to the work of each writer. The actual period of existence of the series is two and a half years, from June 2001 to November 2003. Another 2 years later, in January 2006, the last belated volume, the collection of Z. Yuryev, was released. But! In 2014, the Family Leisure Club released the Ghost World collection with a clearly serial design. The series "as it were" continued...
