Dina Akhmetzhanovna Amanzholova graduated from the Pedagogical Institute in Semipalatinsk. It was in this city at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries that the movement of the Kazakh intelligentsia Alash was born. In 1986, the author defended her thesis at the Kazakh State University on the development of public education in the republic (supervisor - Professor E. A. Kuznetsov). Currently, he works as executive secretary of the Historical Archive magazine, a regular participant in the seminar of the Carnegie Moscow Center and AIRO-XX "International Relations in Russia and the CIS." The release of the book by DA. Manzholova in the series "The First Monograph" is fundamental.
