The monograph includes historical, local history and art history scientific articles, which reflect the main cultural events and facts of the first half of the twentieth century that took place in the Luhansk region. The articles provide a theoretical generalization of the main cultural processes of this period, as well as significant phenomena of culture and art of the region.
