This manual is intended for students of social and humanitarian faculties of higher educational institutions, as well as employees of ministries, departments continuing in-depth study of the Tatar language. The purpose of this course is practical mastery of the speech norms of the Tatar language. The manual is built on the principle of thematic and functional organization of the material. It can be used in the context of a stationary educational process in educational institutions, courses and groups for studying the Tatar language, as well as for independent use by persons who have previously completed a basic course of study at school.
