Crimes against the person during the 20s. XX century found trends somewhat different from the development trends of other crimes, property, for example. While the latter were characterized by a gradually decreasing level compared to previous years, crimes against the person in their development turned out to be more stable, and for a number of individual crimes and in certain periods of time they found some increase.
