The collection of documents offered to the attention of readers opens a series of works combined into a Data Bank under the research program "Historical experience of regional development: the Urals and adjacent territories," carried out by the Institute of History and Archeology of the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The formation of the Bank of machine-readable data provides for the accumulation of historical sources, materials and documents as a result of their processing for computers, which will significantly expand the possibilities of comprehensive use of historical information and increase their level of information.
