Rhona Lantier, a young successful dentist, sometimes struggles with boredom. A long weekend hiking in Glacier National Park with her new boyfriend Keene promises some excitement, but a chance encounter with a stranger while there causes events to spiral out of control. A few weeks later unknown assailants kidnap Keene. Boredom vanishes as Rhona conducts a dogged search for Keene that leads her across several states with dental tools in hand. Will she find him alive or will she be the next victim of otherworldly assailants?
