Sad statistics are known: at the beginning of this century, every thirteenth person fell ill with cancer, now every fourth falls ill. We have violated the laws of Nature and continue to act devastatingly on the environment, harming primarily ourselves. The person has changed qualitatively, which gives the "green light" to oncological, cardiovascular diseases, new infections appear that easily "attack" a person with deep disorders of the immune system. This forces us to reconsider not only the structure of our health care, medicine, but also everyone must reconsider their lifestyle in order to maintain their health.
