The book details the problems of history, spiritual culture and life of Nabatea - the oldest Arab state in Northern Arabia, whose capital was the famous Petra - a unique monument of ancient architecture. In the proposed work, the author sought to present, as fully as possible, the Nabataean culture in all its manifestations and to determine the main stages and most characteristic features of the development of the Nabataean culture, its place in the history of the Asian Hellenistic and Arab cultures.
