Georg Buchner (October 17, 1813, Goddelau near Darmstadt - February 19, 1837, Zurich) - German poet and playwright. From the works of Georg Buchner to date, the following have been published in Russian: "The Death of Danton"; "Wojcek"; "Hessian Rural Herald." The rest of Buchner's works have not been translated into Russian and are being published by us for the first time.
