The events described in this book are not fictional at all, but written off from life. We are faced with people who, for various reasons and circumstances, end up in emigration or live in the USSR: someone is happy, rich and famous, and someone makes a deal with their conscience. Emigration is a hard tool for every person. Is freedom of choice necessary, and what is it? Isn't it easier to live rolled? Famous artists, actors, Leningrad of the 60s, "Russian" Paris, Italy, Switzerland... A string of events leads some of the heroes of the book to repentance and even to the temple, while others not only turn into disgusting creatures, but also commit crimes. Like you and I, the heroes of this book are surrounded by a world of temptations, in which there is too much material and very little sublime. Eternal values ​ ​ are blurred, people without historical memory, deprived of will and faith, appear before us. Years pass, some are aware of what has been done, but belated repentance cannot return ruined lives...
