The monograph presents discussions about the associative psychomotor of architectural ideas based on the cultural and historical basis of Russian architecture through the prism of subject-object relations. Information on methods and means of architectural and construction design management is presented. The process from the emergence of the idea of ​ ​ investment in construction to actually built capital construction projects, taking into account the preservation of the architectural heritage, is considered in detail.
