The monograph outlines the basics of digital programmable infocommunication technology. In contrast to the general theory of communication, the authors rely on the algorithmic theory of A. N. Kolmogorov and the modern possibilities of its implementation (high-tech, nanotechnology). Programmable technology refers to the implementation of a simulation process (direct non-arithmetic processing of bit sequences). On the basis of programmable technology, methods and algorithms for building artificial intelligence systems, simulators, virtual bandwidth processors, information protection, recognition and semantic analysis are considered. The programmable technology is considered using various examples, including when comparing with the principle of xDSL functioning, building codecs, organizing virtual bandwidth (from spectral estimation - hertz, to volume-speed - bits). By analogy with E = mc2, the equivalence ratio between energy and information (bits) I = KE.The book is intended for university students, scientists, engineers and programmers, as well as for a wide range of readers who want to understand the specifics of digital technologies.
