The textbook is devoted to the artistic culture of the Silver Age, the special creative atmosphere of the life of Russia at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries, the defining moment in which was the synthesis of the arts: drama theater, opera, ballet, and decorative art. One of the key figures in the culture of the Silver Age was S.P. Diaghilev - editor, publisher of such magazines as "World of Art," "Yearbook of the Imperial Theaters," organizer of the famous Russian seasons in Paris, as well as exhibitions of Russian artists of different schools and directions.
