There’s nothing like getting all hyped up about trying out a new recipe and then getting to the spice part of the recipe and realizing you don’t have that blend in your pantry...And the supermarket will probably have it but starting at $4 - depending on the blend, of course. Suddenly, you feel a little discouraged.
