This study is the first experience of studying the potential impact of the climate policy of the main trading partners of Russia (EU and Norway, USA, Japan, Republic of Korea, China) on the export of a number of northern and far eastern regions of our country, which has a high raw material component. The first part of the work is devoted to the review and analysis of domestic climate policy measures and plans in this area of ​ ​ foreign counterparties.
