The purpose of this book is to teach young doctors to think and act outside the box in their profession. I explain how to develop an individual operational technique with which you can solve any surgical problems. I show by example of my work how to approach each patient, each operation performed. Treat the operation like a new sculpture that you want to sculpt today much better than yesterday.
