The collection includes twenty-two tales of Scandinavian writers: E. Beskov, A. Walenberg, A. Smedberg, S. Granera, H. Nybloom, H. Kjellin, P. Lindholm, H. Ostenson and V. Stenström, published in the first issues of the Swedish almanac "Among Dwarfs and Trolls" from 1907 to 1915. All texts are given in the translation of I. Mosin. The book is completed by an article by S. Afonkin about the work of the talented Swedish artist Jon Bauer, whose drawings adorn this publication.
