The collection includes 13 documents, including a large manuscript, owned by V. K. Blucher during his period as chief military adviser in southern China (1924-1927). They contain unique material on the activities and quality of advisory assistance to V.K. Blucher and the group of military-political advisers he leads on reforming and building a new type of army for China, as well as an in-depth analysis of the military-political situation during the liberation of Guangdong from militaristic troops hostile to the Sun Yat-sen government (1925), and the successful implementation of Blucher's plans for the Northern Campaign of the National Revolutionary Army in order to unite China and its national liberation (July 1926 - June 1927). All documents are published in full for the first time.
