The basics of the theory and practice of building pulse devices and circuits on a modern element base, new design and circuitry solutions are presented. Trends in the transition of the development of pulse devices from powerful to micro-powerful and ultra-high frequency were noted. A new methodological approach to the study of pulse devices and systems based on integrated circuits has been applied. Modern circuits of keys, generators of rectangular and sawtooth voltages, pulse clock generators, amplifiers, monitors and frequency multipliers are given.
