The proposed publication contains a description of theoretical material on methods for demonstrating the processes of functioning in time of mass service systems (CMO). Two approaches to the formation of CMO models are presented: analytical and continuous-stochastic modeling of the processes of functioning of CMO by visual (graphic) methods of study in order to assess the effectiveness of these systems.
