Features of the technology of manufacturing standard parts of machines and equipment of the food, meat and dairy industries and the basics of specialized technology for the manufacture of machines and devices of these industries are described. The issues of mechanization and automation of production processes, organization of in-line production and assembly of machines and apparatus are considered, a technical and economic analysis of technological process options is given. Industry technology issues are highlighted taking into account the use of new materials and advanced methods of their processing, software-controlled machines and automatic lines, systems of standards in the field of technological preparation of production and technological documentation.
