Lyubov Arestova was born in Irkutsk. She graduated from the Law Faculty of Irkutsk State University. She worked as an investigator of the prosecutor's office, a judge. Lives in Moscow. The author of numerous detective stories and short stories: "Search in the taiga," "Last evidence," "On the fact of disappearance," "Case on the river," "The sentence is not subject to execution," etc. Many works were published abroad.
