The anthology is intended for teachers and students of schools, secondary specialized educational institutions, teachers and university students. The book publishes documents, memoirs and photographs of participants in the events of the February, October revolutions, the Civil War in the Altai province, materials reflecting the transformations in the political, social and cultural spheres that took place during these years.
