New information and measurement technology "Laser refractography" is presented, designed for visual and quantitative diagnostics of processes in the volume and boundary layers of liquids and gases. The use of laser beams with spatial intensity modulation for probing the investigated area is proposed, which makes it possible to obtain refractive images with a discrete contour structure (refractograms).
