MPT USSR in 1951, as well as clarified technological instructions and standards for semi-finished products and raw materials. The collection includes recipes for new types of liqueurs of liquors, tinctures, punches and dessert drinks, developed by various distilleries Voronezh, Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Kursk, Kuibyshevsky, Leningrad, Moscow, Orenburg, Syzran, Volgograd, Khabarovsk, etc. Product recipes and process instructions were compiled on the basis of research work performed by TsNIISP in laboratory and production conditions in collaboration with employees of Moscow, Vladimir, Kaluga and other plants.
