The book, in addition to the text of P. A. Stolypin's speeches in the State Duma and the State Council, is based on historical materials collected by the scrupulous work of A. Serebrennikov and published by him in the collection "The Murder of Stolypin," as well as comments by Yu. Felyitinsky to the book compiled by him "P.A. Stolypin. Speeches."
