The collection is the first issue of the new periodical of the Crimean branch of the Institute of Archeology. It is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of one of the founders of the Crimean branch of the Institute of Archeology - Oleg Ivanovich Dombrovsky. It contains articles directly related to the scientific interests of this outstanding archaeologist, art critic, restorer, teacher and patriarch of Crimean archeology. Their breadth, versatility and wide chronological range determined the diverse nature of the works presented in the collection.
