The first part of the study "The German Roots of the Latvian Riflemen" is a joint work by Sergei Tsvetkov and Vladislav Karabanov with the participation of T. Filinova about the Bolsheviks and their coming to power with the help of the Germans. It was published on the pages of the Russian Information Agency in the "Opinions" section. In this edition, we post once again a slightly edited version of the first part and a previously unpublished second part of the study edited by Vladimir Anufriev. The paragraphs "The Question of a Sealed Carriage" and "Latvian Arrows and Hitler" are written by Vladimir Anufriev.
