This third volume of The Determinant of Birds by Pen and its Fragments, created by employees of the Institute of Ecology and Evolution of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPEE RAS), continues a series of publications on the problem of taxonomic identification of birds by macro- and microstructure of the pen, which includes two monographs: "The determinant of birds by pen and its fragments.
