The monograph attempts to justify the existence of the world ether environment, from the equations of which the basic laws and equations of classical theoretical physics, the equations of elementary structural units of matter, the basic properties of atomic nuclei and atoms of chemical elements, verified by centuries of experience, are strictly mathematically derived. Such an etheric medium, not only carrying out all the interactions of material objects, but also generating the entire material world, should, as it turned out, be a compressible, globally stationary, but locally oscillating medium. Calculations made according to the formulas given in the monograph, with an accuracy of a fraction of a percent, coincided with experimental data even for such physical quantities, the values ​ ​ of which are considered "anomalous" from the point of view of modern physical science, based on the theory of relativity and quantum mechanics.
