The book presented to the reader's court tells about the reasons and course of one of the largest Cossack speeches of the period of the beginning of the Civil War that covered the entire territory of the Terek region - the Terek Cossack uprising of 1918. Such a grandiose uprising in its scale during this period was not observed on any territory of the former Russian Empire.
