The life of Abu Bakr al-Syddik, the successor of the Prophet and the first caliph of Muslims, is one of the golden pages of Islamic history. In the entire history of mankind, it is hardly possible to find a second such page - a page on which so much faith, sincerity, dedication and selfless courage fit, a page that contained such a heroic struggle in the name of high ideals, the triumph of the religion of the Most High and its spread.
