Igor Kehter - restaurateur, member of the International Guild of Gastronomes. From 2013 to 2016, he was mayor of Suzdal. The owner of the farm restaurant "Cucumber," Kekhter is happy to explore and popularize Russian cuisine, largely influencing the vector of development of domestic gastronomy. Many years of experience of bold experimentation with traditional recipes for winemaking allowed the author of the book to accumulate enough practical knowledge to work on the creation of the Museum of National Russian Drinks.
