This work is a collective monograph on topical problems of historiography of feudalism in the East. The book discusses issues related to the specifics of the formation and development of feudalism in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, the Ottoman Empire and other countries. The main attention is paid to identifying the general laws of the feudal system. The characteristics of the feudal society of China are most fully given: political system, craft, trade. Certain aspects of agrarian relations are covered by the example of India, Iran, the Arab caliphate.
