From the standpoint of time and frequency approaches, questions of the theory of digital signal processing are presented. Classification, characteristics and structural diagrams, as well as noise models of digital filters (real and complex, scalar and vector) are considered. A technique for analyzing quantization noise of vector digital filters has been developed. Algorithms of nonlinear digital signal processing in communication systems based on the complex envelope method are considered, as well as methods of building digital models of analog systems.
