The collection includes the memoirs of the senior Russian propaganda officer at the headquarters of Army Group North, Colonel of the Russian Liberation Army (ROA) Vladimir Vasilyevich Pozdnyakov (1902-1973) and his associates, talking about the propaganda activities of the ROA. Among the materials are eyewitness accounts, numerous photographs and archival documents. The publication is dedicated to the memory of Major General F.I. Trukhin - head of the Dabendorf school of propagandists of the ROA.
