The book is devoted to the development of topical problems of modern ethnopolitology. The issues of transformation of late petestar institutions into early political ones are studied, various variants of correlation of polytogenesis and classogenesis are analyzed, specific forms of chiefdoms and early political formations are studied. Economic, ecological, demographic and other factors of historical dynamics of late-primitive and early state forms of potestary-political organization are identified and investigated, general laws of this process and specific ways of its implementation in various regions of Asia, Africa, Oceania and Latin America are established.
