General principles of organization of design of electronic equipment for various purposes are described, the tasks of design and technological design are considered: ensuring reliable operation of the equipment, design rules, technological processes of shaping, manufacture of switching boards, assembly and installation, adjustment and testing. In the second edition (1st - 2002), some data on the technical characteristics of materials and technological processes were clarified. The examples of documents given in the appendix will help the student in the development of design and technological documentation for course and diploma design.
