Based on a wide range of research and archival sources, many of which are first introduced into scientific circulation, the monograph critically analyzes the myths of Ukrainian nationalists regarding the so-called "act of June 30, 1941," which the leaders of the Bandera wing of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) "proclaimed" "Ukrainian independent power" in the German-occupied Lviv. The study reveals the mechanism of falsifications of this period of modern history of Ukraine and shows the inconsistency of the concept of "power," served by official Ukrainian historical science.
