More than twenty years have passed since the first publications on the New Cosmogonic Theory of St. Petersburg (Leningrad) researchers A.E. Khodkov and M.G. Vinogradova (1988-1990). During this time, scientific cosmogony has received significant development. One of the turning points in the fate of the newest concept turned out to be publications based on the article "A new cosmogonic theory about the pulsation of a hydrogen atom as a harmonic oscillation of an electron in the proton field" by metrologist engineer N. N. Skopich, M. G. Vinogradova and A. E. Khodkov, published in 2001 in Russia and in 2005 in the American journal Galileevskaya Electrodynamics.
