The peculiarity of the rhetorical theory of number among historical and philosophical teachings is the creation of a new (relative to logic) formalism of thinking as a mathematical and physical apparatus of natural science and as a mathematically deterministic model of the language of the semiotic foundations of science, the disclosure of the new essence of technology, the reflection of mathematical and physical knowledge through the identification of its reference orientation (intention) on the doctrine of being, in which time is considered as the language of being.
