The method of designing machine tools is given, design and technological solutions are disclosed, examples of calculations and design of the results of the development of machine tools are considered. Attention is paid to the analysis of ways to improve technological equipment in order to improve the quality of processed products. Designed to perform coursework in this discipline, and can also be used in diploma design by IDO students. An example of a calculation and explanatory note and options for assignments for conducting coursework are given.
