The basics of statistical radio engineering are outlined. Various random processes are considered, their impact on linear and nonlinear radio engineering devices (amplitude, frequency and phase detectors, multipliers, correlators), methods for analyzing nonlinear systems. A separate section is devoted to optimal filters of random signals and interference (matched, Wiener, Kalman filters). Analysis and synthesis of filters is carried out for continuous and discrete processes and systems. The book contains many examples and tasks.
