The publication includes translations of the works of the classic of Western philosophy of the 20th century, Nobel Prize laureate in literature Henri Bergson (1859-1941). Most of these works, written in the first twenty years of the last century, have never been published in Russian; some published in 1990-2000, mainly in Russian philosophical periodicals. They consider the problems of the philosophy of consciousness, epistemology, methodology, etc. A number of works of the late period are Bergson's philosophical autobiography, which explains and sometimes corrects some of the provisions of his concept, which have become the subject of heated debate since the beginning of the 20th century. The book contains selected speeches and letters of the philosopher, as well as the work "My Missions," covering his diplomatic activities in the United States during the First World War
