The basic information on motor vehicles (ATS) and handling equipment (VRS) has been systematized. Basic data on classification and properties of cargoes transported by motor transport, containers, packaging and marking of cargoes, pallets and containers are given. Issues related to classification, designation system, scope of application and design features of freight automatic telephone exchanges are considered.
